Hi everyone! I'm Nsubuga, or Coach Eries. I'm raising money to benefit the impoverished children in my Uganda neighborhood to whom I have the honor of teaching acrobatics, juggling, responsibility & self-respect. Aside from providing classes in circus arts, money would support the kids with such necessities as uniforms, supplies, and a much-needed meal so they can return to school. Ultimately, I dream of establishing a permanent home for training, instead of teaching in vacant lots often littered with trash. Many of these children have little or no family and live partly as street children. I work to break the cycle of hopelessness and poverty by providing not only circus arts, but mentorship, a sense of accomplishment, and belonging.
